Psalms 24: 7
"Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lifted, ye everlasting doors; and the King of Glory shall come in"
Praise God for the covenant statement to start the new month of March. The Psalmist was asking God for the gate of blessing that follows righteousness to be lifted and opened one more time for him. David knew that sin not dealt with can shut out favor of open doors. God Hates sin, but loves sinner that confesses, repents and allow God to come into his/her life.
Clean hands and purity of hearts are amongst the prerequisites to open doors and gates. God will not abandon any one who is working out his/her salvation with reverential fear and tremble, for He is a passionate God; never wanted any sinners that can repent not to perish.
The everlasting door of all grace always swing open for every child of God. Our God is not unawares whenever any door is closed. Please note that in every condition of the door whether opened or closed, God is in it. When a door closes ; learn to praise God, because a better door is awaiting to be opened. Do not pay too much attention to the closed door ; focus on the one that is expected to be opened. Remember a door closed to somebody is opened to another. When it is your time the right door shall swing open on its own accord. In every opened door the King of Glory is ready to come in and help you. Do not force any door to be opened, it may not be the right door for you. Let it open on its own accord! Focus and depend on Jesus the door opener. When He opens no man can shut and when He shuts no man can open.
Prayer points for the day
1) Lord, thank you for the great and fervent doors you will open this month, in Jesus Name.
2) Lord, thank you for the door of new opportunities that shall bring testimonies this month, in Jesus Name.
3) Father, thank you for the door of grace and favor that are already opened unto us, in Jesus Name.
4) Father, let the King of kings and the King of glory enter with me into my right door this month in Jesus Name.
5) Almighty God, shut down every door of failure and disgrace in my household, in Jesus Name.
6) Lord, let every door that will bring shame to my life be shut down completely, in Jesus Name.
7) Father, let every door that will bring Glory to your name be wide opened unto me and my family this month of March, in Jesus Name. Amen.
