Hebrews 13:15-16
"By Him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to His Name - 16 But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased"
Jesus Christ Has been used to offer and complete divine sacrifice for our atonements in cleansing of our sins. As Christians, by Him, we should acknowledge this truth to God the Father. Jesus died to pay the price for our sins. He was poured out as eternal offering for our sake. PRAISE GOD!!!!!! ALELUYAHHHH.
By HIM (Jesus ) we must give our sacrifice of praise to no one than God the FATHER through the fruit of our lips. On daily basis, we must give sacrifices of praise as emphasized in Psalms 107:22. “And let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare His works with rejoicing”
The Psalmist gave quality thanksgiving; by declaring the great works of Jehovah with rejoicing. How do we give our own version of thanksgiving? This day, we have been blessed by divine oxygen without any dilution or pollution. We have been allowed to sleep and wake up in the peace of the Lord. We did not wake up to the barrage of gun fires or any terror. We are under the divine coverage of the Almighty Father. Let us begin to speak forth the praises of God from the bottom of our hearts and with the blessing of our lips. God is pleased with such sacrifices. AMEN.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for giving me and my household uncommon opportunity of life and living in Jesus Name.
2) Father, thank you for the light of another day, in Jesus Name.
3) Father, thank you for the season of special thanksgiving in the land of the living, in Jesus Name.
4) Lord, thank you for preserving me and my family for the season of rejoicing and thanksgiving in Jesus Name.
5) Almighty God, let me receive the manifestation and harvest of thanksgiving on daily basis, in Jesus Name. Amen.
6) Lord, give the the lips of great thanksgiving, in Jesus Name. Amen.
7) Lord, teach my lips and hands to giving quality thanksgiving offerings unto you always, in Jesus Name. Amen.
