1 Peter 4:10
"As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God"
From January to December 2015, God Has given us gifts on daily basis. From the simple gift of life to the unspeakable gift of Jesus that we cannot quantify with/in any economic value. God is always good. Whatever gift we have received should be viewed as not for us only, but for the use of one to another.
We have no mastery in any gift ; as no one should claim to be master of his own skills. It is as a result of the manifold grace of God. We are all stewards before God. Live it to be one.
The gift of God is manifold and when we receive our own in plenty and abundance, we ought to minister as such. God does not expect less. It is only by grace that we also receive not by anything we deserve. Hard work without grace is not sufficient to bring about adequate gift. This is the season of joy. Let us minister our gifts according to God’s joy and love. In whatever gifts we minister, God is watching. Minister as unto the Lord. Let God count on you for His manifold gifts. Be a vessel of God’s gift not a container. God refills the vessel often than the container. The container rottens with what it contains, but the vessel is always receiving and discharging its goods. Decide today. Would you be a vessel or a container for God? You have a choice today.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for your daily load of benefits unto me and my family, in Jesus Name.
2) Lord, thank you most sincerely for seeing me and my household to the end this year 2015, in Jesus Name.
3) Almighty God, let me end this year in the Spirit of your power, in Jesus Name.
4) Father, for the new year coming, let your favor answer for me in all aspects of life, in Jesus Name.
5) Father, assign my/our angel of protection for me and my family for the new year coming, in Jesus Name.
6) Lord, prepare the grounds of success for me and my family in this new year 2016, in Jesus Name.
7) Father, help me that the year 2015 that I started in spirit will not end in flesh, in Jesus Name. Amen.
