Romans 8:35
"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
The next phase of this series is about nakedness. This issue of life (nakedness) may drive some people; even Christians away from the love of Christ. Nakedness is as bad as loneliness. It is as if no one gets your back. Nakedness is when one is all alone in a “no man’s” world. It could also be an unnecessary exposure to the “heat” or “cold” of life. We all need divine coverage.
Apostle Paul found himself in the position of nakedness, but he remained focused, especially in the love of Christ. Paul did all for the love of Jesus in the middle of all the troubles listed in the above passage. He became deeply rooted in the gospel of Jesus after his divine conversion. Every wind of affliction that blown could not remove him from the place of loving God.
What is it in life that represents your own nakedness? God is bigger than whatever nakedness might represent. Keep steadfast with the love of Christ. His love cannot fail. It was from everlasting to everlasting. His love is able to cover your nakedness and indeed provide way out of nakedness. His love is powerful to cover the nakedness of every willing soul in the world. Be sensitive to His divine love and you will be adequately covered. God will not let you go naked. He that provided for the nakedness of Adam and Eve, will surely provide for yours. He is still the same God. Trust HIM. Please stay tuned for the remaining part of this series.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for the provision of my nakedness, in Jesus Name.
2) Father, thank you for your everlasting love over me and my family over the years, in Jesus Name.
3) Lord, do not allow me to go “naked” without your divine coverage any more, in Jesus Name.
4) Father, remove everything that may cause nakedness in my life, in Jesus Name.
5) Father, let me experience your love that will cover my nakedness, in Jesus Name.
6) Lord, releasing the power of your conquering love into my household, in Jesus Name.
7) Father, cover my nakedness as you covered Adam and Eve, in Jesus Name. Amen.
Have a blessed and wonderful day!
