Isaiah 53:3-5
3 "He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquitted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from HIM: He was despised, and we esteemed Him not.
4- Surely, He Hath borne our griefs and : carried our sorrows : yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5- But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with with His stripes we are healed."
Divine and blessed assurance Jesus is yours and mine. All believing Christians must have benefits from HIS death and resurrection. With the death of Jesus, there should be no more despise or shame. HE took them all to the cross ; nailed them there on. Every mark of despise and shame has been carried and eventually wiped away through the assurance in the blood of Jesus on the cross.
For us ; the blood of Jesus is powerful enough to answer in all circumstances and situations. Hold on to the blood by faith. There is no failure with the blood of Jesus. The blood of Jesus is a strong mark of His unbreakable covenant.
Why the feeling of despise or shame when you have Jesus?. Do not doubt your faith in HIM. God the Father with Jesus is the same God the Father with you. Surrender all you are to HIM and there is assurance of HIS great presence in your life. No matter the situation and circumstances Jesus came alive from the grave for you and I. Every thing that sponsors despise and shame shall bow to the name of Jesus. SHOUT JESUS and give Him a “wiper”. Wiper is one of the languages of the youth and can only be decoded if you are part of them/us. PRAISE GOD for our wonderful youth. We need them and so must carry them along.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for the power to enforce divine assurance in my life, in Jesus Name.
2) Lord, let every source of sorrow and grief be dried up in my life, in Jesus Name.
3) Almighty God, use this season to perfect my miracles, in Jesus Name.
4) Father, let every mark that carries despise be removed by the blood of Jesus in Jesus Name.
5) Lord, let me receive healing by His stripes in Jesus Name.
6) Father, use this season to cancel every agenda of premature death, in my family, in Jesus Name.
7) Almighty God, where ever I go and whatever I do, let the blood of Jesus answer for me, in Jesus Name. Amen.
