Acts 4:33-34
"And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all."- Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold"
It is an extraordinary grace of God that makes a man to say that all things possessed are not his own, but belong to God and for the sake of others. Actually, we own nothing, as we brought nothing to this world and would definitely take nothing away from it.
The people in Bible days and indeed followers of Jesus lacked nothing in any resources. Without the power of grace and the power of God, none of us could have enough to provide for the need of others. Great grace is the basis for any one that would be the channel of blessing to others.
We too can follow the examples of the believers and followers in the New Testament. They did everything under grace. Jesus Has the abundant of grace with power and ready to pour them on believers that would use them accordingly. Whatever we have in life is God’s because we have it from HIM. Therefore, we must use the blessing and the grace of God for the sake of gospel and Christ. As the poor receive the gospel, let the believer – rich assist to maintain it. There is role for every one in the scheme of great grace.
