Luke 2: 9-11
"And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid."
"And the angel said unto them, Fear not : for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people."
"For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord."
The Glory of the Lord is the Glory of Jesus Christ and is also the Glory of the Holy Spirit. When this Glory appears, it comes with light that shines and brings along good tidings of great joy.
The Glory of God is not quenchable. It shines brighter than the noon day and stars of the night. The Glory also comes with an outstanding star. (JESUS). The winner MAN.
Most times, the Angels of the Lord are involved in carrying the message of Glory. These messengers are unstoppable, because God makes conscious steps towards manifesting His Glory for us.
When the Glory manifests, it calls for us to submit and have heart for the source of the Glory. Jesus is the Glory carrier and distributor. God Has put HIM in charge. There is need to identify with HIS power of deity. Jesus is still in His Glory and He was born and given to us in HIS Glory. He would return in HIS Glory and rule with this Glory.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for another awesome day before you in thy presence, in Jesus Name.
2) Father, I stand upon the word of God in Hebrews 8:12, let it work for me in Jesus Name. Amen.
3) Lord, thank for giving me the fullness of joy of the season, in Jesus Name.
4) Father, thank you for the fullness of your Glory in my life, in Jesus Name.
5) Almighty God, beginning from this season, let good news of great tidings continue to flow and overflow into my life, in Jesus Name.
6) Father, as this year in going to an end, my family and myself will not taste any fruit of shame, in Jesus Name.
7) Father, please make conscious step towards blessing me in a new dimension, as I look to enter the new year, 2017, in Jesus Name. Amen.
