2 Chronicles 20:22
"And when they began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten."
Before the singing and praising began, God did not make any moves and there was no ambushments set against the enemies of Judah, but immediately they started singing and praising God, HE heard and something happened against the enemies. Serious confusion erupted in the camp of the enemies so much that they went on killing themselves by a divine order. Amen.
The King brought together a Holy Ghost filled choir to go ahead of the troops. The choir was not armed but was to sing praises to God, and before the battle started the choir lifted up their voices to sing. God heard the songs and sent forth the heavenly fighters for Judah. In addition, The Lord Himself set up series of spiritual ambushments and the enemies were smitten.
When God is with you, no enemies can prevail against you, because it is a dangerous thing to wage war against those who have God on their side, like King Jehoshaphat. Praising and singing to the Lord should not only be for November thanksgiving seasons; it should be a daily affair. Brethren, please, every day ; we must bless God for His daily benefits and for the power of the God of Jeshurun. It was Asher who sang a new song in Deuteronomy 33:24- 26 to praise the name of God. Learn to sing God’s praises of thanksgiving fresh. Compose your own songs unto the Lord and you will never ever be disappointed, in Jesus Name. Amen.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for the blessings of this season in Jesus Name.
2) Father, thank you for fighting my battles, in Jesus Name.
3) Lord, thank you for making great moves to confuse and confine all my enemies, forever, in Jesus Name.
4) Father, thank you for removing all my ancestral and generations sins from my charge in Jesus Name.
5) Lord, with the voice of my praises send all forms of ambushments to my known and unknown adversaries by divine order, in Jesus Name.
6) Father, you are the God of Jeshurun, with my voice of praises let me dip my feet inside the oil of breakthrough, in Jesus Name.
7) Lord, let a major breakthrough of ” how did it happen” follow my thanksgiving this season, in Jesus Name. Amen.
