Colossians 3:15
"And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful."
All said and done, the summary of the season of thanksgiving is admonishing us to be thankful to God in all things and in and out of seasons. Thanksgiving and thanks living are very pleasing to God. A thankful life is a God pleasing life. When a believer can hold his/her peace no matter the situation; God is pleased and the devil displeased. The devil wants us to react to all circumstances of life, but God wants peace to rule in our hearts. Amen.
When you live and walk in the peace of God, you become different from others. You become a new person in Christ. Your joy is full. You become closer to God, and you are at ease with life no matter what! Let love be your spiritual weapon to defeat the worst enemy. After the conversion of Paul the apostle, he made the Kingdom matters to be priority of his life following Jesus till the end.
The totality of Christianity is whatever you do or say, please do all in the name of our Lord Jesus; by giving thanks to the giver of life and power to make you who you are. Do not sit on the fence, work in the line of what you are cut out for and trust God with thanksgiving for the past, present and future. All you do are in the remembrance of God. Please be assured nothing can miss God, including your thanksgiving. Amen.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for the closing of this season and the opening of another great glorious season, in Jesus Name.
2) Father, use this season to cleanse me and my family from all seasonal issues of life, in Jesus Name.
3) Lord, thank you for the past, present, and future blessings, in Jesus Name.
4) Lord,for the deliverance of the past, present and future, in Jesus Name.
5) Father, I thank you most sincerely for all you have done for me and my family from through out this year and season, in Jesus Name.
6) Father, let the peace of God fill and rule my heart at all times, in Jesus Name.
7) Father, let my thanksgiving be exceedingly full and overflow as this year is running into an end, in Jesus Name. Amen.
