Luke 15:20
"And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him"
Next sub series will address the spiritual aspects and lessons of the above Bible passage, in three faces as noted below.
1) He arose, and came to his father, But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him.
2) And had compassion, and ran
3) Fell on his neck, and kissed him.
When the ’emerging’ boy arose, something of inside: which the boy could or could not understand ; beyond his information about himself triggered him up. It was the power that wanted to save the boy from his darkness of adventure. The boy took the stepped into revelation that eventually took him to impartation of real love from his father.
The father, in the Bible passage represents how God deals with us only when we can arise and approach HIM. God always listens. He never wants us to stray away and perish. 2 Peter 3:9
There is no time lag of departure or distance that the power of God cannot see to restore us. He sees us in our sadness and joy, ups and downs. He Has promised not to forsake us. There is no hiding place for us with God. HE would find use or caused us to be found. The starting point is to arise, repent and go back to God. It is not too late ; before the imminent second coming of Jesus. Amen.
