1 John 5:4
"For whatsoever is born of God, overcometh the world : and this is the victory that overcometh the world, our faith."
The above Bible passage shows that there is a strong link between our faith and victory. We are born children of God by faith in Jesus Christ. Such faith is the only way in which we would be able to overcome the world around us. Overcoming the world in sins and temptations. When you build your faith in Jesus you will walk in the path of victory always. Amen.
Brethren, do not let us deceive ourselves, there is too much world with us. One can put it in another way; that the world is too much in us and this always bring defeat instead of victory that had already been secured for us. The closer we are to the world, the farther away we are from God and vice versa. The victory in the world is not as glorious or sustainable as the victory from the Lord.
Commit your efforts into the hands of God. Not every one who did what you have done that enjoyed the victory you have. In all we do, victory is of the Lord. Do not share the glory of your success, achievement or victory with God. Give them all to Jesus. Your effort is somehow great but the blessings of the Lord is greater in the process of your victory. Let your faith be strong in the Lord of victory. Amen.
