Esther 4:14
"For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place ; but thou and thy father's house shall be destroyed : and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this? "
The purpose and passion of Esther for the kingdom and her people worked for her with the power of God. Regardless her fragile position, she walked in the assignment that God Had prepared for her, even before she was born. Everyone has an assignment in the kingdom, no matter how small or how big. Take it up boldly.
The kingdom of God is in need of people like Esther, Mordecai etc. and indeed like you. Every one has a purpose for making it to the kingdom. Esther took a risk and she was able to fulfill both her destiny and the will of God. Esther responded to the call of God through her uncle Mordecai with faith in God. She took the challenge to stop the plans of evil to destroy her people. What is your take on the steps taken by Esther? Can you take such steps?
Play your role well like Esther. It will go a long way to prove the power of God, in your life and situations. Approach your circumstances with positive attitude and ensure that God will use you accordingly. May be you are in the place you are for the purposes and plans of God for your life and others. Step up and step out in faith and leave the rest to God. Amen.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for another day to seek thy face to start my new week, in Jesus Name.
2) Father, back me up in all the challenges that may come my ways, in Jesus Name.
3) Almighty God, let me step up and step out for the sake of the kingdom, in Jesus Name.
4) Lord, let me fulfill my destiny, no matter the challenges, in Jesus Name.
5) Father, let me walk in the purposes and plans you have for my life, in Jesus Name.
6) Father, strengthen me to approach the kingdom issues with thy power, in Jesus Name.
7) Lord, for such a time like this, empower me to breakthrough any barrier standing between me and the kingdom, in Jesus Name. Amen.
