AMAZING GRACE SANCTUARY

"And the word of the Lord came unto him ( Elijah the Tishbite) saying,
3) Get thee hence and turn thee eastward, and hide thyself by the brook Che-rith, that is before Jordan"

It was the word of the living God that determined the turning Eastwards of Elijah and not the circumstances around him or what king Ahab would do to Elijah. The purpose of hiding was to allow Elijah to be alone by himself so as not to open doors for any one to appeal to him or ask him in prayers to reverse the situation of draught in the land.

No one ever knew where Elijah was or how he was surviving. His survival was divine as the brook was made available by God for him. Also, Elijah was getting fresh food that contains meat from ravenous creatures! and supply of water from the brook. What a Mighty God we serve!!! Ravens that eat meat were made to bring meat to the man of God and they did not tamper with it. Praise God.

In obeying God, Elijah enjoyed uncommon provisions on daily basis and when the brook dried up, Elijah got another “matching order” which was better than being in the hiding. Elijah was fully satisfied and contented with what the Ravens could bring and he gave thanks to God. Where ever God takes you; He would satisfy your needs, in Jesus Name. Amen.

1) Father, thank you for the breaking of another day, in Jesus Name.
2) Lord, let me hide behind the power of thy living word, in Jesus Name.
3) Father, let me enjoy uncommon supplies of your divine provisions, in Jesus Name.
4) Lord, direct me according to thy will and plans for my life, in Jesus Name.
5) Lord, take me to the “brook” that will make me safe and glad, in Jesus Name.
6) Lord, wherever you take me, my heaven will not fail and my earth will never ever become dry, in Jesus Name.
7) Lord, give me thy living water through out eternity, in Jesus Name. Amen.
