Hosea 4:7
“As they were increased, so they sinned against me: therefore will I change their glory into shame.”
God sent warning to His people in the above Bible passage. Saying “I will change their glory……”. The glory that was on the increase is of the Lord. He Has the power to change glory in any direction. He is the unchangeable changer, that cannot change or be changed. He is God that is not elected or appointed. He is not replaceable. He is all Sovereign God.
We should not allow the enemy to say that God is bringing shame upon His own people. We should work with God even in our blessings and glory and not allow HIM to change His stand on us. Glory is great and shame is not. As shameful as sin looks; people still boast and brag about it. Why would God not react?
God is always prepared to increase us in glory. He Has great plans for us till the end. He wants a people that will do His will and bring honor to HIM when they increase. Brethren, do not open doors to sin this year 2020. Sin will eventually bring shame through the door opened to it. Strive for the righteousness of God and you will go on increasing, in Jesus Name. Amen.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for closing every door of sin that can bring shame into my life, in Jesus Name.
2) Father, let my life be far away from all things that can bring shame to me and my family, in Jesus Name.
3) Father, do not remove your glory from me, in Jesus Name.
4) Lord, let the light of my glory shine unto thy honor, in Jesus Name.
5) Father, release the beauty of your Shekinah glory upon me and my family, in Jesus Name.
6) Lord, let my life reflect thy Shekinah glory, in Jesus Name.
7) Father, as you increase me, let your righteousness increase in me accordingly, in Jesus Name. Amen.
