Exodus 10:19

“And the Lord turned a mighty strong west wind, which took away the locusts, and cast them into the Red Sea; there remained not one locust in all the coasts of Egypt.”
NLT
“The Lord responded by shifting the wind, and the strong west wind blew the locusts into the Red Sea. Not a single locust remained in all the land of Egypt.
The wind is still blowing from all the four corners of the earth and the Lord is in full control. The power, purpose and use of all the winds are based on the owner of the winds. God knows the extent and how far the locusts can be destructive. HE knows the direction of the winds before they blow. HE is the one that includes grace with the winds. HE can make the wind to be hot or cool.
East, West North or South, no matter where the wind originates God is always in it and it it blows for a man/woman, family, society or a nation as the Lord directs. When the wind blows it cleanses and cleans up all. All the troubling locusts were blown away and nothing was left behind. That can only be God.
God still responds to our different needs; prayers in particular. In the above scriptures the Lord Himself turned the tide against the locusts through the winds. Moses, intreated the Lord on behalf of Egypt and Lord Himself answered by shifting the wind from being harmful to pleasant. You too can ask God to shift every harmful wind to become pleasant wind in every difficult area in your life, in Jesus Name. Amen.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for this season of the wind of grace blowing, in Jesus Name.
2) Lord, let the wind of grace blow away every thing that is sinful in my household, in Jesus Name.
3) Father, I ask for the shifting of the wind from harmful to pleasant for the rest of my life, in Jesus Name.
4) Lord, let everything that represent locust be blown away far from my household, in Jesus Name.
5) Father, let the wind blow and remove every root of my pain, in Jesus Name.
6) Lord, command every wind in my direction to be fully loaded with grace, in Jesus Name.
7) Father, let the wind blow and sweep away the destructive power of locust in my life, in Jesus Name. Amen.
