1 Chronicles 4:10
"And Jabez called on God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and thine hand might be upon me, and that wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested."
Jabez’s prayer points were very personal to him. He made his direct supplication and report to God, because he knew what had been pronounced by his mother upon him. He refused to live his life with and in sorrow. He became desperate to change the story from that of his mother so that he could accommodate God’s destiny and testimony. Jabez had an honorable destiny and did not stand by as the destiny was tampered with. Will you stand by and see your honor and destiny washed away? If not, then pray.
He further asked the God of Israel to remove the lid of limitation on his destiny and enlarge his coast. No doctor can do that, no pastor can do that. It was his own private and personal prayer to God that changed his situation. Prayer of Jabez became popular among prayerful Christians, because of the power and potency of prayers.
God of Israel cannot be limited, because with HIM there are no limit. Jabez asked for his coast to be enlarged, because God owns the whole world from coast to coast and sea to sea. God can make big and enlarge. When man puts you in a box, God takes you out of the box. You too can adopt the prayer of Jazez or design your own prayer to suit your circumstances. When God enlarges your coast no one can diminish it. Customize your own prayer life like Brother Jabez.

- 1) Father, thank you for the purpose and plans to enlarge my coast, in Jesus Name
- 2) Lord, enlarge my coast indeed, in Jesus Name.
- 3) Father, this month of divine healing, heal me indeed, in Jesus Name.
- 4) Almighty God, my eyes are unto you, enlarge me and my household, in Jesus Name.
- 5) Father, thank you for the healing that you can only give me, in Jesus Name.
- 6) Almighty God, let this month speak healing into all my life, in Jesus Name.
- 7) Father, surprise me and my household with the miracle of divine healing, in Jesus Name.
