“I WILL DO IT”

John 14:14

"If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it"

Yesterday, it was all about our “Lord Jesus Christ”  and  one  of His numerous promises to us is contained in the above passage. He said He would do anything we ask in His Name. We must ask things that would be of Glory to His Name. We must know what to ask that would be a blessing to God, other people and to us!

A true child of God must not asK for evil in any circumstances, even when he/she is not in agreement with people. Our God does not answer to evil. Our Lord Jesus Christ did not subscribe to evil in dealing with those that disagreed with Him. Instead, He asked for repentant hearts for them and it was so.

To ask for anything, you must know the heart of God. You must ask with the right motive and Godly purpose or else, the asking may be in vain. We serve God that is kind and merciful. He is glorious and able to discern the purpose in our heart. When we ask anything, God knows our intention. When we ask amiss our prayers go amiss. As we also ask we must be expectant. We must ask and remain steadfast that that it will be answered. We must also ask in the right and correct Name – the Name of Jesus. When we call Jesus, He receives us and responds to us accordingly. Prayers still work ahead of your testimonies. Pray and you will have something to testify before the end of this year, in Jesus Name. Amen.

Prayer points for the day

• 1) Father, thank you for the blessings in my life this year, in Jesus Name.
• 2) Lord, thank you for answered prayers and those yet to be answered, in Jesus Name.
• 3) Lord, thank you for the move of the Holy Spirit, in Jesus Name.
• 4) Father, thank you for the favors and blessings so far in my life, in Jesus Name.
• 5) Lord, with the remaining part of this year, do something miraculous for me that will amaze my adversaries, in Jesus Name.
• 6) Father, give me the grace to end well, in Jesus Name.
• 7) Father, let this month of divine healing speak uncommon healing into my household, in Jesus Name. Amen.
