1 John 1: 9
"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
The sequence of the series has given us the set of ingdom keys needed to receive forgiveness to the point of becoming the righteousness of God. Our God is not interested that a sinner should perish. He wants us to be obedient, repent and turn back to Him. With all the efforts and power of God to deliver Israel, many of them still refused God’s divine deliverance. They reasoned out for themselves and many perished in captivity.
Also, with Jesus, despite proclaiming substitute for all our sins and His willingness to forgive regardless of the gravity of our shortcomings, many are still not what Jesus wants them to be. We have our own ways and thoughts about the teachings and admonitions of Christ.
The master key for receiving forgiveness is absolute surrender and turning back to CHRIST. It is not too late. There is still some time to yield. Though the Bible is awakening us in Roman13:12 with Paul’s declaration that, “The night is far spent, the day day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put the armor of light” This Bible passage is self explanatory as it has been so explicitly stated. Putting it direct, darkness leads to hell and light leads to eternity. PRAISE GOD! You have been forgiven, now receive it and walk in this blessing!
