“GRACE BE WITH ALL”

Ephesians 6:24

"Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen."

Paul the Apostle has been known to be the preacher of Grace all the way, but towards the end of his ministry the tone of his admonition was a little bit adjusted, because of his experience with the churches (Christians) in Rome, Corinth, Ephesus, Philippi and everywhere he went preaching and teaching the gospel; and so he applied some caution against the abusers of grace, in the above passage.

With Apostle Paul, salvation was taught to be simply by grace. Yes. Not by any means of our works; knowing fully where he himself was coming from. Later, he started to teach how we need to work out our salvation with “fear and trembling”. Paul discovered that people that were saved by grace have been falling from grace because of insincerity towards Jesus. As a result, grace became available to all that were sincere in their love of Christ.

Brethren, grace still works and in exceeding trends for those that commit in truth and in spirit to the love of Christ. Let there be sincerity of purpose in whatever we do for the sake of Christ. Not for the sake of any man. Look unto Jesus the Author and the Finisher of your Faith. Your focus on what man can do should not overshadow your focus on what GOD can do. God is all in all. HE is God of all grace. Be sincere to the love of Christ and you will not lose your GRACE.
