Romans 15:13
"Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost."
This is the season of the Prince of all joy and all peace. Peace goes with all the good things in heaven and earth. Peace is never alone, it always go anywhere with joy etc. Peace is of the Lord. Peace is one of God’s nature and Spirit. With peace there is glory of God. When one lacks joy, he/she may likely lack peace. The prayer is that every one reading this devotional will never ever lack joy and peace in Jesus Name. Amen.
The joy of the Lord when combined with His peace make a big difference in lives of believers. Joy and peace are essential “ingredients” to increasing hope. Where joy and peace become low it definitely affects the level of hope a man can actually hope for. Low level of joy and peace is a hope leveler.
The key to abounding hope is to remain joyful and peaceful this season and going forward by all means. Do not allow any situation to trouble your joy and peace. Absolutely nothing. This is the period of giving and receiving gifts of joy and peace. Be calm and wait upon the Lord and HE will remember you and family in due season, in Jesus Name. Amen.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for the journey so far, this year, in Jesus Name.
2) Father, fill me with all divine joy and peace that sin will not prevail over, in Jesus Name. Amen.
3) Father, set my life and indeed my entire family free from every cause of sins, in Jesus Name.
4) Father, remember me and my family this season of peace and let the joy of good tidings follow us to enter into the New Year, in Jesus Name.
5) Almighty God, give me abundance of peace to live the rest of my life, in Jesus Name.
6) Lord, let me continue to enjoy your peace, no matter what I see or hear going on and around me, in Jesus Name.
7) Lord, let the power of the Holy Ghost restore peace to our world, this season of peace, in Jesus Name. Amen.
