“…………. AND LIFTED HIM UP”. Part II : Thursday May 26

Acts 3:6-7

6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise and walk- 7"And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up : and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength."

No amount of gold and silver can lift up a man without the power in the Name of Jesus Christ. It is not useful to rely on anything or any one to influence your lifting up; other than the Name of Jesus. All the alms the lame man have been receiving would never be enough to lift him up. Thank God for Jesus in the process of lifting up the lame man from his infirmity.

The lifting up in the life of the unnamed lame man resulted in better thing than silver and gold. What he received as a result of the lifting changed his life for ever. The crippling situation became a lifting situation.

What is crippling you today can be the source of your divine lifting. Do not lose hope. You are in God’s divine agenda. He is faithful to turn crippling to lifting. There is power in the Name of Jesus to lift you up. Let your faith mix with the power in the word. Lay down your soul in expectation and there will be a lifting up encounter in Jesus Name. Amen.
