Isaiah 53:3-5
3"He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquitted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from HIM: He was despised, and we esteemed Him not.
4- Surely, He Hath borne our griefs and : carried our sorrows : yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5- But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with with His stripes we are healed."
Praise God; HALLELUJAH, the above verses are the reality of the prophecies of Prophet Isaiah regarding our Lord Jesus Christ. This season is all about Jesus. We should reflect on all He took up so that we can be totally free. He is alive in all circumstances and situation, but we esteem Him not.
Easter season was one of the crucial period in the Bible days. People witnessed God in the power of action, by allowing His only begotten Son, JESUS to receive all we deserve to receive for our sins. All that He went to the cross for had been settled there on the cross.
Jesus was despised, but God reversed it. He was rejected by a handful of His people, but God appointed Him and many still followed Him. As children of God, no one can despise us, because God is always there with HIS power to intervene. Obey God, confess your sins, make a total return to Jesus this season. Use this season to have assurance in His power. Jesus will see us through. No more griefs and no more sorrow. JESUS IS ALIVE. AMEN.
