“DUE SEASON” – Final Part

Exodus 3:7- 8

"And the Lord said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their task-masters; for I know their sorrows; - And I am come down to deliver them out of the hands of the Egyptians..."

Whatever brought the affliction to the people of God did not matter to God at this point, because it was the due season for God to see to it and rescue the people. However, the affliction, oppression and sorrow that the people experienced caused them to cry to God of Israel, when they realized that they were not able to confront the Egyptian task- masters on their own.

One can only imagine the magnitude of their affliction, oppression and sorrow before they decided to cry; and then God was alerted by the reason of their cries in Egypt. Are you in some kind of affliction in “Egypt” today? It is a painful thing to experience a time of affliction, but there is nothing that starts without an end. In the Name that is above every other names, your season of affliction is due to be over today. Say a big AMEN!

It is not true that God was not listening to the Israelites during the period of the season of their affliction, but God had an appointed time to move in and helped His people. The appointed time is equal to your season of rescue; and nothing can disturb it. God used affliction to prepare His people, for fulfillment of His glory. You are part of this process. Engage God and turn in the bad season to HIM and He only can turn the bad season to good. He is God of all seasons. He was with them during both bad and good. Ask God to turn the tide today; from devastation to restoration. God is more than able in all seasons! AMEN! Lord, I am so devastated, I believe you ; please restore me today, in Jesus Name. Amen.
