Isaiah 66:12a
“For thus said the Lord, Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, and the glory of the Gentiles like a flowing stream:”
Whenever a Bible passage begins with “thus said the Lord” there is need for us to pay a closer attention. It is either God is about to move in a special way or is to bless us in a unique manner. The above Bible passage is a confirmation that even though the Jews enjoyed glory, the Gentiles also will enjoy glory that will flow like a stream. Amen.
God does not hoard His glory from us. He Has designed glory for each of us as appropriate. Like the sun, stars and the moon. The glory of God is unstoppable and inexhaustible. It has been from the everlasting to everlasting. There was a former glory in the Old Testament and there is a latter glory in the New Testament era. The glory of God is still flowing. Amen.
Brethren, we should not allow the glory to be wasted. Use your glory very well. Guide your glory with the help of God. Samson had a God’s given glory, but he deliberately wasted it. Saul that was converted to Paul had a glory that God’s divine intervention elevated. King Nebukadnazer had a glory preserved by God for seven years he was sentenced and it was restored back to him. Praise God. Your glory has a purpose from God. Guide it well. Amen.
