Luke 7:47
KJV
“Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much : but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little.”
NLT
I tell you, her sins- and they are many - have been forgiven, so much she has shown me much love. But a person who is forgiven little shows only little love.”
The above Bible passage indicates again that women do have loving nature more than men and it gives them upper hand in receiving blessings from Jesus. Extraordinary love of God opens up spiritual windows and doors of blessings, including forgiveness of sins. The degree of which your unconditional love of God can determine how far you can have unconditional blessings.
There were many people before the woman came into where Jesus was visiting. Jesus was at the table with many scholars including Pharisees, elders and other Christians who did not give protocol attention to Jesus. The attention the woman gave will be examined in the continuation of this series.
It was the attention the woman gave to Jesus that led to her blessing. She did not give room for criticism in what she did. She did not pay attention to the crowd. She focused on Jesus and her sins that were written against her ; as many, were written off by forgiveness from Jesus. Amen. Focus your attention on Jesus ; no matter what and there shall be good news for you as well. Amen.
