Mark 5:25-28
"And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, 26) And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worst , 27) When she heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. 28) For she said, If I may touch but His clothes, I shall be whole."
The above passages refer to the woman who suffered with the issue of blood for twelve years spending a lot of money without solution. Her money failed to settle her poor and deteriorating condition. The Bible Says that her situation even grew worst until she lifted her faith towards Jesus and not the money again. She continued suffering with her money until the day of priceless touch of Jesus. She had been treated so much badly that she almost lost hope, but for Christ.
When she heard of Jesus, she put aside her money and her status to pursue the power of healing with Jesus. This woman displayed exemplary capacity of faith. She believed she would never suffer in the hands of Jesus and developed uncommon faith in Christ. She struggled, pushed and pressed towards Jesus. She did everything with determination, knowing that Jesus was the answer. She did not waiver to trust JESUS.
Brethren, it does not matter how long the circumstances have prevailed with you and how much money you have to spend, or help you can get from man. The day Jesus takes over ; the circumstances shall become testimonies. Amen. Money, men and science can fail, but God cannot fail. It was not mentioned that Jesus prayed for this woman upfront, but it was her upfront uncompromising faith that healed her. Faith became her healing agent. She did all she could physically to reach Jesus for a touch of faith and she was made whole. Please stay tuned for the final part tomorrow. Amen.
Prayer points for the day
1) Lord, thank you for the faith that wakes me up to life today, in Jesus Name.
2) Abba Father, thank you for lifting up my faith to receive thy mercy, in Jesus Name.
3) Lord, let your power remove all my sins and put upon me a garment of righteousness, in Jesus Name.
4) Lord, stir up the faith in me and let me begin to see the evidence, in Jesus Name.
5) Father, my faith looks up to thee Oh Lamb of Calvary, in Jesus Name.
6) Almighty God, strengthen me with faith that will not compromise, in Jesus Name.
7) Father, let me possess faith that will please you, in Jesus Name. Amen.
