Luke 2:10
“And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people”
When ever Angels visit, people are afraid, because they carry diverse errands. Apart from that, devil also has his own “angels” and so fear come to people who receive angelic visitation. As you read today, you will never ever receive demonic angels, in Jesus Name. Amen. In this case of Luke 2:10, the appearance of the Angel came with divine presence and the Glory of God, which was too bright and amazing for mankind to bear and behold, hence the fear.
The visitation was fearful and the announcement was baffling; still God was behind them all. The Angel had to announce that they are not for terror, but for joy and peace. They came with good tidings of great joy. The announcement was not to the Jews only, but to all the people of the earth in order to bridge the terrible time lag between the intertestamental period of about 420 years. The Savior had been born. The Christ Messiah Had been given out of the great mercy of God. Amen.
When your miracles of good tidings and great joy should come, announce them. Proclaim them. Tell them to the people. All because of the Glory to God. It is an established glory and cannot be reversed or hidden. It will be an open secret of good tidings and joy. The Shepherds heard the news by night and they spread it by the day. A Child had been born and Son given to rule and reign in the earth. Receive HIM never to let go. Amen.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for the joy and peace that fill the earth for the season, in Jesus Name.
2) Father, add to my joy and add to my peace from this season going forward, in my life, in Jesus Name.
3) Father, let the Angel of good tidings and great joy visit me and family this season, in Jesus Name.
4) Lord, let your Glory of good tidings and of great joy spread to the whole earth as originally planned, in Jesus Name.
5) Father, let your miracles that will announce good tidings of great joy come into my life and family, this season, in Jesus Name.
6) Father, establish your glory of good tidings and of great joy with my family, in Jesus Name.
7) Lord, let the miracle of my good tidings and of great joy come alive and to your glory, in Jesus Name. Amen.
