Zechariah 4:7-9
" 7) Who are thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shall become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone therefore with shouting, crying Grace, grace unto it. 8) Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, 9) The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall finish it; and thou shalt know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me unto you."
Zerubbabel had an assignment before God and “O great mountain” stood before him. The mountain forgot that what ever stands against God’s anointed stands against God. The grace of God is higher and powerful than every mountain, because our God who sits above the circle of the whole universe, is watching over all. What does mountain represent? It could represent hindrance, delay, barrier etc that slows down the pace of achievement or the entire achievement of life.
By the message of the Lord through Prophet Zechariah the mountain standing before Zerrubabel was put to question and the Lord spoke. When God of grace speaks every mountain melts down and become plain. When the “mountains” give way there will be rapid progress. Amen.
Zerrubabel was a great builder, but the mountain stood between him and his achievement of completion. Grace always follows whatever God commissions. The word of the Lord came forth at the right time for him by grace. Ask God for His word to come forth fresh with grace to address your case. God that released the grace to finish the project in the hands of Zerrubabel will release your own needed grace to finish well in Jesus Name. Amen.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank for the fresh word of grace for my life and family, in Jesus Name.
2) Lord, thank you for the grace that is all around my life and family, in Jesus Name.
3) Father, bring every mountain to question in my life, in Jesus Name.
4) Father, remember your word and covenant over my life and let there be manifestations, in Jesus Name Amen.
5) Lord, endow me with grace of a starter and finisher, because you are the Author and the Finisher of my faith, in Jesus Name.
6) Almighty God, let your power of grace follow all that concerns me and family, in Jesus Name.
7) Lord, you that sits over the circle of the universe is my God, I need your grace for every moment to connect with heavens, in Jesus Name. Amen.
