1 Chronicles 4:10
"And Jabez called on God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and thine hand might be upon me, and that wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested."
Jabez’s prayer was deep and popular among Christians facing the same situation. He called on God for blessings indeed. He knew that his God of Israel could only provide real blessing indeed without adding sorrows. He also requested enlargement of his coast and then went ahead and sought after God’s hands. Why?
Jabez wanted continuous hands of God to be with him and his blessings. He did not want God to bless him and withdraw his hands. He understood that the hands of God is worth more than blessings alone. The hands of God are for great protection, defense, and guidance. The invisible hands of God are holding the whole universe. Therefore he wanted the hand of God as coverage and continuous flow of blessings.
As a child of God, take the prayer of Jabez serious. Take your concerns to Jesus. He has power to carry the burden of the whole world including yours. Apply the prayers of Jabez as needed. There are a lot of inspirations to be drawn from Jabez’s prayers. He was desperate and serious enough not to live his life in sorrow. The hand of God removed sorrow and shame from the subsequent lineage of Jabez. His prayers brought restoration back to his life that he may live a more exemplary life. He lived well and ended well. Pray with the right motive and with clear conscience and leave the outcome to God.

2) Lord, thank you for keeping me and my household safe until this time, in Jesus Name.
3) Father, thank you for this month of divine healing, in Jesus Name.
4) Lord, have your way this month and let me receive my divine healing, in Jesus Name.
5) Almighty God, let this month speak supernatural healing into my spirit, soul and body, in Jesus Name.
6) Lord, do something new that will bless me indeed this month, in Jesus Name.
7) Lord, fight for me and my family and let there be signs and wonders in my household, in Jesus Name.
