Matthew 1:20
“But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him, in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. “
Joseph was in doubts about the credibility of his wife Mary, the in between of his joy and peace and what the glory of God was about to do. He consulted to know of the things of the Holy Ghost with his eyes of flesh. Mary conceived without any human contacts with her? Big surprises to the young man Joseph. How would a young man of our generation take this?
Since it was the plan and purpose of God, Joseph’s thoughts were intervened by God.
The Angel was on time message as Joseph was preparing to disown his miracle. He was encouraged not to put away Mary out of shame or fear of what the people will say. It was a season of unprecedented miracle and God decided to use Joseph and Mary. God will use you for a great miracle for the season, in Jesus Name. Joseph heard the voice tracing him to his roots. The lineage of David as confirmation of what was about to happen.
The lesson here is that God will confirm what may not be clear to us through a dream or vision. We should not rush into taking action against what cannot be proven as inappropriate. Be close to God and the miracle of the seasons will come to you in a special way, in Jesus Name. Amen.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for another day of joy and peace in Jesus Name.
2) Lord, arrange the day of my Angelic visitation for my blessings and miracles, in Jesus Name.
3) Father, keep me and my family together in the joy and peace of this season, in Jesus Name.
4) Lord, let my miracles come to me in a special way this season in Jesus Name.
5) Father, sin will not take away my miracles, in Jesus Name.
6) Lord, let today be the beginning of Holy Ghost miracles in my entire family, in Jesus Name.
7) Lord, let me hear and receive your message of good news this season in Jesus Name. Amen.
