Exodus 10:22- 23

22) “And Moses stretched forth his hand toward heaven ; and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days: 23) They saw no one another, neither rose any from his place for three days: but all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings.”
NLT
22) “So Moses lifted his hand to the sky, and a deep darkness covered the entire land of Egypt for three days. 23) During all the time the people could not see each other, and no one moved. But there was light as usual where the people of Israel lived.”
The above Bible passages are about the ninth plague that inflicted Egypt at the instance and command of God. At that time, the Children of Israel were living in a district called Goshen in Egypt. The unstoppable power of God made darkness in all the land of Egypt, but made light in Goshen where the people of Israel lived.
How it all happened was still a mystery to the world. Darkness in a place and light in another place which was a district within the land. It can only be God, preserving His people and nothing can stop God from loving and keeping them out of every plague and pestilence against Pharaoh and his people.
Brethren, let us stay closer to God of heaven and earth. He is able to preserve and protect what ever belongs to Him. He is unstoppable and can do all things and anything but fail. He is the Lord of lords and King of kings. Always there to secure His own from plagues and pestilences. God wants our attention to know HIM more as the only One that can safe and deliver us. Amen.
