Daniel 6:22
"My God Hath sent His angel, and Hath shut the lion's mouth, that they have not hurt me: for as much as before Him innocency was found in me; and also before thee , O King, have I done no hurt.
The above Bible passage reveals the occasion when Daniel was put into the lion’s den for not following the decree signed by King Darius.
There are many times that we cannot help ourselves from some seemingly impossible problems without God’s intervention. Why? Man is limited in so many things that we need God to intervene.
However, we are serving the God that is unlimited. He can turn our impossibility to possibility. God is always on hand to step into whatever may want to bring HIS name to disrepute. Daniel had an unshaking faith and hope in only what God can do as against what the decree of any King can do.
Brethren, God can control the circumstances around us that we cannot control ; by divine intervention. He who makes all things, including day and night, darkness and light can control all things. However, it was Daniels’s faith that provoked God to intervene in his lion’s den. Let your faith provoke God into whatever represents your “lion’s den”. God never changes or reduced in a His attributes of divine intervention. Amen.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for another day of your divine intervention in my life, in Jesus Mighty Name.
2) Father, thank you for the intervening in the journey of my everyday life, in Jesus Name.
3) Lord, intervene in my “lion’s den” today and set me free, in Jesus Name.
4) Father, my ability is limited, intervene in all impossible situations in my life, in Jesus Name.
5) Abba Father, control and overturn all unfair circumstances in my life and family, in Jesus Name.
6) Father, by faith, I bring you into all the affairs that are problematic in my life, in Jesus Name.
7) Father, as you set Daniel free by your divine intervention, set me free in the same manner, in Jesus Name. Amen.
Have a blessed and wonderful day!
