Luke 7:47
"Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little.
Jesus answered the Pharisees and his disciples with direct precision; referring to her past, present and future of the unnamed woman. Her fears was taken away by Jesus. There was a divine assurance from Jesus against all the discouragement from those “spectators”.
This unnamed woman expressed great love for Jesus and so great was her reward to receive the blesssing of forgiveness. The woman received total redemption from her sins that were many. The Bible did not state the number of her sins, but it was her own day to receive from Jesus Christ open forgiveness to her many sins.
This woman was criticized for showing great passion to Jesus and she received unlimited forgiveness. Hopefully, she would not go back to sinning any more. She was justified even in the multitude of her guilt. She was justified by the blood of Jesus which was yet to be shed as of that time; but she received the blessing of redemption ahead. Bretheren, let us return from our sin to Jesus before HIS SECOND return. He is coming to judge the world. This is time to align with grace and mercy. Wake up and begin to express your great love for JESUS. His coming is a matter of few days!!!!!!, we may not know how few, but it is less one day today. Praise God.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for another day in your presence in Jesus Name.
2) Lord, thank you for your loving kindness and mercy over my life, in Jesus Name.
3) Father, send strategic and unlimited to me before the end of this year, in Jesus Name.
4) Lord, keep me standing and let me be alert to your second coming, in Jesus Name.
5) Lord, let your presence, grace and mercy abide with me every where my family and myself go, in Jesus Name.
6) Father, with the few days remaining in September 2016, let me encounter one miracle that will advertise your glory and power in my life and family, in Jesus Name. Amen.
7) Father, by your unlimited power, qualify me and my household as part of eternal saints, in Jesus Name. Amen
