There is a huge world of difference between the love of Christ and the love of man and it is essential to living a fulfilling Christian life. The love of Christ never expires because it operates under “covenant”, whereas the love of man expires at will, because it operates under “contract” The love that flowed from God to Jesus and from Jesus to us is meant to increase and excel us in all areas of life. In turn, how do we apply the love of Jesus in our lives? The love from Christ must flow from us to our family and friends.
There is more power in love that flows than love that does not. Let the love of Jesus flow from you and I to others, because the love of God that flows down is also for fulfilling the reality of the gospel. Sharing of the gospel or service in the house of God without love is nothing.
We are serving the God of everlasting and unfailing love. The love of God should be priority in all our actions. As Christians, let love of God rank above all things. Seek the face of God based upon your love for HIM. If we really want to increase and excel, we must believe in overflowing love as expressed in the word of God above. PRAISE GOD!!!
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for the season of overflowing love this new month, in Jesus Name.
2) Lord, I want to thank you for your divine guidance and protection over my life and household, in Jesus Name.
3) Father, let your overflowing love bless me with the dews from heaven, in Jesus Name.
4) Father, let me excel and increase in your overflowing love, in Jesus Name.
5) Lord, prepare me for the power behind overflowing love, in Jesus Name.
6) Almighty God, release the Spirit of increase and excellence into my life, in Jesus Name.
7) Lord, give me the grace to love the unlovable, in Jesus Name. Amen.
