James 5:19-20
19) "Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him;
20) Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way, shall save a soul from death and shall hide a multitude of sins."
A lot of souls are erring from the truth of the Lord on daily basis; committing sins in every aspects of life. The unfortunate part of this is that most of them are Christian souls and brethren.
Saving a soul from both spiritual and physical death is all part of “souls winning” efforts. One thing is certain that “no efforts” will be judged as well as all efforts. We should care for others spiritually and physically because God cares for our well being.
These souls out there could still be won over to Jesus with persistent prayers and follow up. God is looking out for those that can go to the field and make a difference. The field is greener and souls are there sinning as if there is no God in their lives. For every soul won and established in the kingdom, there is always a reward. For every single soul rescued into the kingdom of God, there is a crown of recognition from heaven. Look around. There are souls eager to be strengthened. Show agape love. God is using His power of love to keep you standing. Extend such love to others, in Jesus Name. Amen.
