Psalms 24:7-8a
7) “Lift up your heads, O ye gates ; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of Glory shall come in. 8a) Who is the King of Glory? ............. “
As the Monarch of monarchs is approaching to enter the world, the heads of the gates must be lifted wide and high to make room for the passage of the One that is called the King of kings and of Glory. Jesus was born with undeniable, unspeakable glory and this glory is very powerful to be hindered. He carries the Glory from heaven to the earth.
The ancient and everlasting doors are all under the King of Glory – Jesus. However, Herod did not know that at the birth of Jesus there was a set of angels assigned to escort Him to the gate of heaven towards the journey to the earth. The gates were commanded by the angels and at His birth the very heaven of the heavens was at hand to see to the safety of the King of Glory. Amen.
What is the situation of the door of your heart? Do not lock the King of Glory out. This is the season to open your heart wide. Wash your heart and prepare it for the coming in of the King of Glory. Jesus is still knocking at the door. The King is standing right there in the realm of the spirit. Lift up the door and stop asking Who is this King at the door? The King at the door is our King of Glory. (JESUS ). He wants to enter your entire life. Amen.
