Luke 17: 20-21
"And when He (Jesus ) was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come , He answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation. 21) Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
As in the Bible days, there are many Christian observers today. They pretended to serve but all they did was to observe what was not “right” to them. They questioned Jesus, but there was always answer from Him to the Pharisees; especially those that felt threatened by the first coming of Jesus. Some expected Jesus to rescue them from the yoke of the Romans’ kingdom so that they can begin to enjoy total freedom and liberty, peace and prosperity of the kingdom of God.
The people were expecting the promised kingdom of Messiah to come still, the kingdom, was rejected; while looking towards many wrong places for power and authority similar to those of the kingdom of God.
The kingdom of God is not in looking or observation. It is in getting involved, ready to serve, to get up and prepared for the perfect kingdom ahead. The kingdom of God is upon up you and within you in Spirit ; because you are part of the true kingdom which we are all waiting upon to manifest. For now let your impact be known in the kingdom. Do not ignore your importance in this present kingdom. Your position will determine how you will navigate into the kingdom and remain. Amen.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for the grace of the coming kingdom, in Jesus Name.
2) Lord, arise for me and let thy kingdom come at the same time, in Jesus Name.
3) Father, I will not lose out of the kingdom of God, in Jesus Name.
4) Lord, do not shut me and family out of the kingdom, in Jesus Name.
5) Father, no matter what it looks like with me and family for now, let me and family enter the kingdom by your grace, in Jesus Name.
6) Lord, my lamp will not go out of oil, in Jesus Name.
7) Lord, you are my hope of the kingdom, help my life to know the deep things of the kingdom, in Jesus Name.
