2 Corinthians 4:4
"In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them"
The gospel is of supernatural origin and that makes it glorious. Therefore, it carries the power of the Kingdom of God. Rich in mystery and full of revelations and divine impartation. It consists the base of the truth of the word of God. Amen.
Without the gospel the whole universe will be in darkness and the devil would have gained more grounds than we see in this generation. The gospel points us to everything that Jesus represents.
Jesus is the source of our hope, salvation, faith, life, peace etc. The gospel must be proclaimed as good news to all the world. Some will accept and some may reject it. In fact, it is the good news from the Old Testament to the end of revelation. Be a carrier of the good news. Do not pervert it. Do not hinder it. Live by it and live through it and defend the gospel from those not submitting to it. Take your stand for the gospel. Amen.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you the season of good news, in Jesus Name.
2) Lord, I will not miss my good news in Jesus Name.
3) Father, let me receive good news on daily basis, in Jesus Name.
4) Lord, give me the grace to proclaim the good news, in Jesus Name.
5) Lord, strengthen me to live the gospel life, in Jesus Name.
6) Father, let me enjoy good news without any hinderances, in Jesus Name.
7) Lord, lift me up and do not allow me to be blinded to the good news, in Jesus Name.
