1 Corinthians 15:57
"But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ"
The author of the above Bible passage, Apostle Paul appreciated God for victory over his past, present and future. He did not take God for granted the grace of victory to him after his encounter on the Damascus road. Not every one enjoyed the victory he had, hence his continuous thanksgiving to God.
Sleeping and waking everyday is victory over death. Have you given thanks to Jesus for watching over you all day and all night when darkness covers all around, but the light of Jesus shined around you; and turned darkness effects to victory.
With Jesus, victory is inexhaustible. As a child of God, you are part of divine victory. You deserve it. All you need to do is identify your life with Jesus; who Has never lost any battles. Make personal efforts but know that any accomplishment is from the Lord. Many have made more efforts without victory, but God Has been your own source of victory. Praise God.
