THERE IS A GLORY THAT IS ETERNAL” Part II : Thursday January 17

1 Peter 5:10

King James Version
"But the God of all grace, who hath called us into His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that he have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you."
New Living Translation
"In His Kindness God called you to share in His eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, He will restore, support, and strengthen you, and He will place you on a firm foundation."

In God’s lovingkindness, mercy and favor, He wants us to take part in the everlasting glory of eternal values. This is only possible in Christ Jesus; and remaining in Christ does not mean that we would not have an experience or encounter with suffering before we get to the glory land, where there will be restoration for ever.

However, the suffering will not consume or destroy us, in Jesus Name. Amen. It is a kind of suffering that takes us to a place of strength, settlements and establishments in eternal glory.

The Bible encourages us to endure till the end and it will result in our eternal glory of salvation. To put it simple. He who endures till the end shall be saved. Do not allow your glory to fall on the way side because of all distractions around you. Focus onto Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our Faith. His glory is attached to settlement for you. Praise God.

Prayer points for the day

1) Father, thank you for restoring my glory, in Jesus Name.

2) Father, keep my glory away from evil hands, in Jesus Name.

3) Lord, let my glory come out of the “grave” of darkness and sins, in Jesus Name.
