Jeremiah 29:11
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, said the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end."
God is speaking to the need of peace in the land because of the rampage of evil everywhere. However, there is a God’s factor for peace that is ordained for us all as Christians. Is. 26:12 refers. God the Father is our peace through the birth of our Lord Jesus to intervene in the affairs of the world.
I may not know the pains, hardship and all the hard times confronting any one reading this devotional, according to the Bible Passage above, there is a provision for peace impact concerning the future. Amen. Also, the Prince of Peace Has been given to us to make peace for the world.
God Has great expectation of peace for us especially through His only begotten Son – Jesus Christ indeed for the whole world and He will never give the expectation to our fear or fantasies, but to our faith. God knows the beginning from the end and the end from the beginning. There is a glorious conclusion of peace for us in Jesus Name. Amen.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for your peace of this season, in Jesus Name.
2) Father, thank you for the forgiveness of my sins this season of peace, in Jesus Name.
3) Lord, do not allow any trouble to affect my peace, in Jesus Name.
4) Father, let me and my family end well this year better than last year, in Jesus Name.
5) Lord, let my heart be full of peace of God for the rest of my life, in Jesus Name.
6) Father, let this season of peace impact my life gloriously, in Jesus Name.
7) Lord, let there be a glorious conclusion of peace in my household, in Jesus Name. Amen.
