2 Chronicles 20:22
And when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten"
The flow of the level songs of praises and thanksgiving that came out from the people of Judah determined the level of victory they got when three nations ( The Ammonites, Moabites and the children of Mount Seir ) gathered together against them. In the same way the level of your praises and thanksgiving can bring the victory you cannot imagine to your lives today.
When thanksgiving flows from your heart a lost situation is recovered. The blessing that earlier eluded you would begin to locate you. The situations that are looking bad would start to turn around. The mystery behind thanksgiving would begin to manifest.
In any situation, I admonish all the readers to please do not lose hope. God is not unawares of what you are going through. HE makes heaven and earth and rules over all the affairs of the kingdoms under the heaven, including that of the heathen. He Has the power and might to do what no man can do. This is your season of thanksgiving and God will ensure that your own victory will come to pass. God is saying to someone under this devotional today that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Do not be down cast rise and begin a marathon praise of God. Where prayer stops, praising God begins. AMEN
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for the season of my thanksgiving, in Jesus Name.
2) Lord, thank you for the entities of mercy, grace and favor that I enjoy on daily basis, in Jesus Name.
3) Father, thank you for the blessings and benefits of life, in Jesus Name.
4) Lord, thank you for the remaining days of this year 2015 to favor me, in Jesus Name.
5) Father, thank you for opening the book of remembrance concerning me, in Jesus Name.
6) Father, thank you for the blessings of day and night, in Jesus Name.
7) Almighty God, give me the grace to begin to give quality thanksgiving to your holy Name, in Jesus Name. Amen.
