Psalms 86:15 NLT version
“But you, O Lord, are a God of compassion and mercy, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love and faithfulness”
man can fail. Man runs race on failing love, unstable love and a kind of maniac love. Love that is based on conditions and on things that are natural rather than spiritual. Man can love you today and hatred can follow tomorrow. In marriage, man can vow to do today and undo tomorrow, hence the magnitude of separation and divorce today, even in the body of Christ.
Based on the above Bible passage we can see that unfailing love of God is based on compassion, mercy and slow to anger. These are some of the natures of God. He is unlimited in all of His natures. Whereas, man is limited and short of compassion, love, mercy and very quick to spot and highlights your faults and eventually; what can bring anger and separation. Lord have mercy.
Brethren, what are the things that motivate your love for others? Let God be your standard and motivation. God Gives all in all withholding nothing to ensure our salvation, sanctification, liberty and redemption by Giving us His only begotten Son. The most precious powerful and unspeakable gifts to secure eternal life for us in love. Amen. Love secures the best of the best. Love!Love!! Love!!!
