Colossians 4:2
"Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving."
The above passage is short, but loaded with what is pleasing to God. (THANKSGIVING AND THANKS LIVING) The habit of prayer is what we should develop and continue in it with giving thanks. We should not be tired of trying to do our best and also not tired of praying to God for HIS blessings and give HIM thanks for keeping us in HIS love.
When you pray always ; God will answer always. However, if the answers come slowly or not as we expected, we should continue in prayers and be expectant of what God can do. As we pray continually, we should also give gratitude always to God only.
There is no doubt at all ; God answers prayers and we know this. As a result, in the same way we watch and pray as Christians, we should give thanks to God. Whatever we thank God for will never diminish. This devotion is to show that prayer is as important as thanksgiving. Always remember to thank God for the grace of God that is keeping us in HIS unspeakable love. Amen. Praise God!!!!!
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for keeping me and my family, in your love, in Jesus Name.
2) Father, thank you for the total forgiveness of my sins, in Jesus Name.
3) Father, give me miracles that I will thank you for this season, in Jesus Name.
4) Lord, thank you for the journey of my life so far into this day, week, month and year, in Jesus Name.
5) Lord, give me the grace to give thanks to your Name always, in Jesus Name.
6) Father, remember me this month and let me have something to be grateful for, in Jesus Name.
7) Father, answer all my prayers after the order of Elijah by fire, in Jesus Name. Amen.
